Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping is available upon request—please contact us directly for a custom quote.

Processing Times

  • Custom Items (e.g., stickers, apparel, or accessories): Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Ship out within 1–3 business days.

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
We offer several shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): 5–10 business days

  •  Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

  •  Local Pickup (Moncton, NB area): Available on request

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on location, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Free standard shipping may be offered during select promotions—stay tuned!

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received one after your expected processing time, feel free to contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages
K23 is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the shipment is with the carrier. However, if something goes wrong, we’re happy to help you file a claim or offer a replacement if possible.
